Ski Trip - 2009

The annual ski trip will take place Jan 10 - Feb 2, 2009 at Waterville Valley Ski Area, NH.
The cost is $144 per scout / $164 per adult. This includes:

2 nights sleeping space |

3 meals on Saturday, 2 meals on Sunday |
|
2-days of lift tickets |
|
Saturday night-time tubing |
Note that this DOES NOT include equipment rentals, ski lessons, Athletic Center fees or other Saturday night activities. It also does not include Friday night dinner and/or Sunday night dinner, which are dependant on the driving plans of the parents doing the car-pooling.

Use of the Athletic Center (pool, hot tubs, weight rooms) is $15 per person. |

Use of the town indoor skating rink is $5, plus $4 if you need to rent skates. However, public skating times vary from day-to-day, based on rink activities. Check http://www.watervillevalley.org/wvnh_icearena.html for schedule in February. |

There is also some shopping and other restaurant fare in the area we'll be staying. |
Sleeping arrangements: Sleeping bags (on the floor) at the Waterville Valley Conference Center, approx 2 miles from the ski area. Shuttle buses (free) or parent's cars will get us there and back.
Parents must sign release forms for their scouts, and allow
those parents who are attending to sign the rental forms for their
sons if equipment is being rented.
